    * SUMMARY AND TIMESTAMPS * Abnormal clots caused by misshapen proteins, such as amyloid proteins, are a serious issue in Long COVID and other diseases, and studying them is necessary for potential treatments. 00:00 🧬 Abnormal deformation of proteins causes abnormal clots, which is a serious topic related to the spike protein and amyloidosis proteins, and is commonly observed in Long COVID. 02:22 🧬 Prion proteins adopt more stable 3-D shapes that require more energy and they can also induce that change in other normal proteins. In Native proteins, amino acids interact via electrostatic interactions to adopt three-dimensional structures, and it has been assumed that the lowest amount of energy is required to adapt back to their original state after denaturation. Prion proteins differ because they can adopt different, more stable shapes that require more energy and they can also induce that change in other native proteins which then become rogue prion proteins. 04:50 🧬 Misshapen prion proteins can cause diseases like Mad Cow Disease, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's by creating amyloid patterns, which are formed when amino acids interact and adopt different shapes. Misshapen proteins, known as prion proteins, can cause a chain reaction leading to diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, type 2 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and preeclampsia, and are characterized by a similar pattern called amyloid. When aminos in proteins adopt 3-D shapes, 3 things are possible: alpha helixes, beta sheets, or free floating flexible loops. 07:27 🧬 Amyloid proteins form abnormal structures in Beta sheets and become rogue proteins, while abnormal clots in blood associated with amyloid diseases are called fibrinoloids. Amyloid proteins form abnormal beta sheet structures that can be identified using Thioflavin T (ThT) to fluoresse the proteins and typically once they adopt the shape, they become rogue proteins. These abnormal amyloid clots in blood, were coined fibrinoloids by the authors due to the unusualness of them being found in the blood, while normal clots are described as fibrin-linked chains plates of spaghetti. 10:57 📝 Abnormal clots are denser and more resistant to degradation than normal clots, and can vary greatly in size, posing a serious issue when they clump together in the blood. Abnormal clots are denser and more resistant to degradation than normal clots, and are defined by the size and type of holes between the fibrin chains. Abnormal clots can vary greatly in size and can be a serious issue when they clump together in the blood. 13:24 📝 Long COVID symptoms may be caused by abnormal clots reducing oxygen supply, and studying them is necessary for potential treatments, while hyperbaric oxygen can help alleviate blockages in individuals with amyloidosis. The variety of symptoms observed in Long COVID patients may be caused by abnormal clots reducing oxygen supply to tissues, and studying these symptoms in detail is necessary to determine primary from the secondary symptoms and potential treatments such as triple anticoagulation therapy. Hyperbaric oxygen can help alleviate the blockage of oxygen distribution caused by abnormal clots in individuals with amyloidosis. 15:59 🧬 Abnormal behavior of amyloids can be found in many diseases and so the trigger for these new abnormal clots (outside of the spike protein) is not fully known, but it only takes a tiny amount of starting material to trigger them., for example, LipoPolySaccharide LPS is one such trigger material and is an immunogenic component of bacterial cell walls. 18:08 👋 Please subscribe, like, and join Dr Raszek’s Patreon account or Join us for an Eventbrite COVID-19 Q&A session - the next one June 27th is a dedicated session on IgG4 antibodies - link in the description.

@@Merogenomics From a paper I found on the internet. "Over the course of the year 2021 over 8 billion doses of COVID‐19 vaccines have been administered worldwide. Most doses have provided SARS‐CoV‐2 S‐protein as main antigen. A recent case report describes the serendipitous discovery of amyloid formation in a human patient locally at the site of vaccination and in a proximal lymph node within 24 hours of the first dose of mRNA vaccine coding for S‐protein [26]. Neutrophil recruitment and activation at the site of vaccination is expected. The localized amyloid was detected by the Aβ amyloid PET tracer 18F‐Florbetaben also known to bind to AL, AA and ATTR cardiac amyloid fibrils. The reactant alleged amyloidogenic protein in the vaccinated patient was not identified. We tested the fluorescent amyloid ligands CN‐PiB (fluorescent benzothiazole analogue of Pittsburgh compound B) and DF‐9 (fluorescent stilbene analogue of Florbetaben) and found strong fluorescence response towards Spike191 fibrils in vitro (SFig. 6), supporting the possibility that vaccine induced S‐protein derived amyloid deposition was detected in the human PET imaging case study [26]. If the herein proposed mechanism for S‐protein amyloid formation is associated with reported cardiac,‐ blood,‐ and nervous system disorders in certain vaccinated individuals [27] is not known, neither are the long‐term consequences, but is strongly recommended to be investigated in this context. I did graduate work on prion proteins during the height of the mad cow crisis in NA and England. It still is fascinating how an atypical conformation of one protein can change the conformation of a normal healthy prion protein into another atypical one.....with deadly consequences to the organism. I remember reading studies on knock-out mice bred to not have any prion proteins in their body at all. In all respects, the mice appeared normal. I'm sure prion proteins have a function, otherwise they would not exist in the bodies of animals. We need more research to figure out what precisely the prion is and does. Right now it is a scientific enigma.

Alzheimer's disease is a complex neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the accumulation of beta-amyloid plaques and tau tangles in the brain. Prion diseases, on the other hand, involve the misfolding of specific proteins called prions. Dental procedures typically involve sterilization protocols to ensure the safety and prevention of infections. Autoclaves, which use high heat and pressure, are effective in killing a wide range of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and fungi. While prions are more resilient and resistant to conventional sterilization methods, there is currently no evidence to suggest that dental procedures contribute to the transmission of prion diseases.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a medical treatment that involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized environment, typically inside a hyperbaric chamber. HBOT is commonly used to treat various medical conditions, including certain types of wounds, carbon monoxide poisoning, and decompression sickness. While there is some research suggesting that hyperbaric oxygen therapy may have potential benefits in certain conditions, such as promoting wound healing and reducing inflammation, its effectiveness and specific applications are still being studied. It is important to note that HBOT has not been proven as a treatment for all conditions or as a cure for specific diseases. If you are considering hyperbaric oxygen therapy or have questions about its potential benefits for a particular condition, I would recommend consulting with a medical professional who specializes in hyperbaric medicine. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information based on your individual circumstances.

@@jasoncravens1124 Stew Peters was involved in two videos DIED SUDDENLY and Watch the Water, both are nonsense. They are lies from start to finish. Died suddenly included video clips of people apparently dying suddenly who are still alive. Also of people dying after vaccination who were not vaccinated (too young at the time of death). There was an alleged clip of a clot being removed from a beating heart. This was an edit from a larger video. In the larger version the surgeon explained that the heart had been bypassed and stopped prior to the clot being removed and explained that working on a beating heart is not practical. He went on to explain that the long clots from dead bodies only formed after death and then only in bodies that had been stored for extended periods. Watch the water alleged that COVID-19 was caused by snake venom being deliberately added to drinking water and that the Pope was a co-conspirator. That is why the misinformation from Stew Peters is NONSENSE.

@@23Chamm Chances are you would have encountered the spike protein with or without the shot. Like most vaccines, the body has to be introduced to the virus in order to be able to produce antibodies. mRNA is different in that instead of injecting you with a harmless form of the virus/s protein, it gives your body instructions on how to produce the spike protein.. which then triggers the antibodies. So to answer your question, yes. But it does not necessarily answer the question of whether the vaccines are more likely to induce clotting, nor are we likely to ever have that answer, because the confounding variables are now too many, and the funding is probably being used to look for the next 'miracle' cure. This my basic understanding. Make what you want of it all.

My daughter (50 yrs) was boosted in September and caught covid (for the second time) in October (as did I) and two weeks ago got a blood clot in the brain (retinal venous occlusion) which has damaged the vision in her left eye. She is on anti coagulants (for life) but I am worried if this is enough to prevent further clots. She also has signs of venous insufficiency - icy feet and achy legs. I have heard that amyloid clots are resistant to clot busing (she wasn't offered this as they said the clot was in the wrong place). I would also like to know if Merogenomics has covered the potential of the virus (still around) mutating to escape all immunity.

Everyone likely has them in their system unless they are 100% due to the vaccine. The issue isn't if one has them but about general health and social health(e.g., viruses, environment, food quality), etc). You always should assume nothing is 0% or 100%. Obviously something is going on and either 1. "scientists"(don't believe science has it all figured out or that it's all altruistic) are simply discovering more things going on that always went on simply because they are looking more or 2. Something new has happened(e.g., virus, vaccine, something else) that is causing it. Either way, either you have it or you don't. You should be able to formulate an optimal course of action simply based on that. If you can't figure it out then, well, you probably have a lot of other issues too. BTW, we all die so it's ultimately a pointless battle(I'm not saying simply to choose the worst case because of that but to be rational about things).

The synthetic amino acid used in mRNA vaccines, such as those for COVID-19, is not replacing any amino acids in the human DNA or RNA strands. The mRNA in the vaccine provides instructions for the body's cells to produce a spike protein similar to the one found on the surface of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This spike protein triggers an immune response to protect against future infections.

Yes, but it's the actual disease that contains these proteins; hence the vac contains it. Don't believe vac created to kill people. Was way too rushed and political. My question is...who and how was it altered? Perhaps they could reverse the process??? Sounds crazy, I know;)

6:00 These pathogenic proteins are more stable than native ones. Q: Is the role reversal of Beta & alpha cells in the pancreas could be due to the ability of stable pathogenic proteins to influence other cells and turn them into its own image? Consequences: With this role reversal of pancreatic cells they make the diabetic conditions from within the body without presence of any previous diabetic conditions. Soon your other body organs will turn themselves into a diseased state following the mRNA coding received thru food or aerosol dispersion or any other medium of delivery. Or even utilizing the electrical energy present in wireless transmissions 5g 6g 7g etc to deliver new instructions to the nano_bio technology elements injected into almost the entire world population.. and continues to this day via exosomes shedding..

@Merovgenomics- Does this abnormal clotting result purely from the Spike protein in CoVid-19 virus in someone who never received a mRNA CoVid shot? I understand that those who received a mRNA CoVid shot can have problematic consequences from it. Are the clotting abnormalities seen in both unvaccinated with a previous CoVid infection & vaccinated with a previous CoVid infection??Can you honestly tell me if studies have been done of any unvaccinated but had covid populations in regards to the development of these clotting abnormalities?? I have tried to find research done of groups that have had zero mRNA CoVid shots but did have a CoVid infection/illness. Can you direct me to any research done on non-vaccinated groups with a known previous CoVid infection??? Any answers to these questions are greatly appreciated!!Thanks!!!

When he talks about long covid he's specifically talking about the virus. Many in this thread are discussing their clotting issues and long covid issues which began BEFORE the vaccine. It would be nice to have the studies distinguish wether the people in their studies are vaccinated or not but he's mentioned that the recent clotting studies were based on the virus NOT the vaccine.

I would expect that drug overdoses would be announced from the top as it would point to something other than shots. The fact that there have been no valid reasons given for excess deaths and the BC “unknown cause” being the largest single cause of death I highly doubt ODs are a large factor.

@@jeffmoodie6144 I would think they should be inflammation in the brain is what leads to depression so it makes sense that it could lead to suicides and overdoses. Because people who use drugs are actually just trying to "fix" something going on with the brain. Self induced or not if we don't start considering this I think it would be foolish
