i think this would suck bc banking everything on technology is already risky so being able to let someone build up tech and then just steal it would be insane

i love how the person in chat says “USSR how did you get nukes When I was the only one that researched them?”

I think the stealing tech would be op i think it will let you see all their troops like your allies so you can avoid subs

I wouldn't really know what they would really do because it obviously won't steal polilitical power or anything they would just let us see enemy troops ( atleast that's what I think)

Good way to actually spy on people and see their troops. Step one: grab planes Step 2: get an aircraft carrier if it means you can get closer to the troops you want to reveal Step 3: get your planes close to the infantry Step 4: look at the countries exposed infantry And that’s all
