One thing I found it cool and unique about this game was the concept,cross species out break and people getting infected.

No. This Amazing Spider-Man version of Rhino isn’t even human. It’s a regular rhino infused with human DNA as part of Oscorp’s cross-species genetics project headed by Dr Connors. This Rhino is just a mindless beast. It’s only instinct to destroy anything and anyone in it’s path.
