Out of the actual film I really wanted to see Venom team up with the 3 Spideys so this fanfilm was really amazing in that regard. Overall it's fantastic! Great job!

Yea but it will be more lame. Also it wouldn't get people hyped up that much since they already knew Venom was going to either be in the final battle or end credits. Also venom wouldn't fit in that much since he doesn't like bad guys and the sinister 5 are the bad guys.. Also mysterio would've been in the final battle (official Concept art for the final battle revealed that) so mysterio is/might be still alive and might return..
