That's the most faithful live-action interpretation of the Green Goblin that I've ever seen. It looks like he stepped straight out of the comic books.

I hate the clean digital camera look of the ads nowadays. Film cameras make everything look better, even if the product is poison lmao. Also older ads had moody lighting, everything was dark and only the subjects were lit, now they abuse the shit out of studio lights.

Why!?? 1982 was 'modern'. I believe entertainment was perfected during the 80's. For example, 80's music is still all over F.M. radio! The 50's music - gone. 60's - gone. 70's - mostly gone. But the 80's remains. Heck, I rarely hear 90's music - while 80's is still played!

Monkey D. "Straw Hat" Luffy actually "power ranger green goblin" is awesome, they wanted to make him like in the comics but it was too cartoonish for a live action movie, so they decided to make him a ware a battle suit, wich is more realistic, "yea but he's ridiculous" this is the dumbest thing i've ever heard, he's called the green goblin, green GOBLIN, goblins are ridiculous, wich means that he was supposed to be ridiculous, and here's your logic "he sucks because his suit it not faithful to the comics and his personnality is faithful to the comics"

I remember reading an article about the actor who played Spidey in this commercial, Scott Leva, in this big magazine that came out in the months leading up to the 2002 film. He used to play him at all sorts of events and stuff and is the one who crashes the X-Men set dressed as Spidey in that Easter Egg on the DVD.

I like this game, i actually think it's one of atari's hidden gems. the game is actually quite complex for it's time and it does allow the player to use spidey's most popular feature - web shooting and climbing. i was just saying that the nerd had an opinion and most of us youtube users have probably never used an old atari controller so we wouldn't know.

I like AVGN but I have played plenty of games he’s reviewed and honestly there’s quite a bit of them that aren’t that bad Spider-Man 2600 is ok me and my girlfriend like to do endurance rounds to see who can climb the highest without falling I was born in 96 but I love gaming history and I even got my girlfriend to like retro consoles as well she loves playing adventure ever since I told her it’s legend of Zelda before legend of Zelda (she’s a huge Zelda fan)

The Green Goblin here stayed true to the comic and not looking like a Power Ranger. And Spiidey's costume looks the same from The Electric Company.

I Have Good News

I remember buying this Christmas day at Sound Warehouse by my house. I was 13 at the time. I enjoyed the game for that time period. We sure came a long way with the Spiderman games we have today.

One of my favorite 2600 games. PB made some good ones

For a long time, this was the best Spider-Man game.

Spiderman really missed the part where thats his problem on goblin

I played this game in 82 3rd grade,soon afterwards I remembers going on peoples roofs and ripping shingles off out of adrenaline and frusratration.....oh the days!

A crazy green man, with a pumpkin sparkler jumps 10 stories on top of a building, to only find a Man in a red and blue morph-suit playing a shitty atari game on the roof at the dead of night, the green man scolds this red guy, telling him that he needs to get on top of the building on time, the red man responds by saying to watch out of his web, and the green man laughs at him because the red man fell in the game, and tells him that he his running out of blue whip/glue lids/ bloo wigs / flu weeds. The green man then commits suicide by jumping off the roof, and the red man questions if this is more action than even "Spider-Man" can handle", finally a short Parker brothers ad, advertises this supposed "Spider-Man" game.

This game has: No stupid in-App purchases No Loot Boxes No optional DLC No Pay-to-Win schemes 100% BEST GAME OF ALL TIME!!

Pretty much all villains were corny when they started out. Lex Luther was the original over the top crazy mad scientist. It's just a matter of if they keep them corny or reinvent them over the years to be more serious.
