Stopping and catching a 3000 lb car (and subsequently lifting it off the ground) when it's going 40 mph is just insane when you really think about it. The fact he didn't even budge when the car came into initial contact with his body is impressive in and of itself.

In my book, Tom’s Spider-Man is true definitive version of Spider-Man in many different ways, love how he uses techniques and spider-like robots to help him fight during combat respectfully. He still makes quips just like the comics and realizes he makes mistakes just like rest of us! Can’t wait for his next trilogy.

Tom’s version is also the most tragic he lost literally everything and yet he still remains a hero in the end which in a way shows just how strong he is

(no way home spoilders) the fact dr. strange even was confused why peter could make his way trough his magic from a seperated body and soul is just showing how much power spiderman holds. He is so underrated in the marvel universe (i mean by the co heroes in the movies etc). I just want him to show the world how strong he really is, because he propably does not know either.

When Spider-Man came into Captain America: Civil War, I remember being in the cinema. And the crowd reaction... was INSANE. So many people were excited to see Spider-Man finally in the MCU. 2016 was a good year for us Marvel fans. Roll on 5 years. How things have changed. For the better! Spider-Man has proved to be such a good character in the MCU. And Tom Holland is by far my favourite Spider-Man . Homecoming was the light hearted Spider-Man movie we needed. Far From Home was the more grown up version of Homecoming. With some important lessons learnt for Peter. And No Way Home was the more serious and meaningful movie where we really get to see Spider-Man mature. Still keeping with the light hearted Marvel tone. Marvel have killed it with Spider-Man . Just wish they didn't kill Aunt May, and changed what defines Peter as a hero and a character. For clarification on this. We see Peter in Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man lose the one he loves, Gwen Stacey, which gives him a grave realisation that being a superhero comes at a price. You can’t always save the ones you love. We also saw this with Uncle Ben in Toby Maguire’s Spider-Man. This had become a trope of Spider-Man’s character, which I personally felt, didn’t need to be included in Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. He had already realised that he can’t save the ones he loves with the death of his close friend and father-like figure of Tony. Aunt May could’ve continued to help Peter become better, maybe she could’ve sustained a life-long injury as a reminder of the cost of being a superhero. However, it was a heartbreaking moment when we saw her die. Which was effective. I just felt it wasn’t needed, maybe the tropes of Peter as a character could’ve changed.

They actually cover this in earth 8351, Spider-Man has a similar life but he becomes An assassin earlier on, and under the training of Wolverine, so he becomes a master martial artist, and instead of just being more powerful like Kaine Parker, he works out like crazy and is insanely strong, agile, even his spider sense has been honed so well that he can pretty much see the future, like he just knows things, he’d kick the crap out of the 616 Peter Parker solely from how Spider-Man is like the only thing he focuses on, and how trained he is

@@theastromux2463 He is way stronger, he can throw cars around, manhandle Obsidian (Thanos's muscle), get hit by bullet trains and walk it off, hold buildings together etc. These things cannot be done by cap or other super soldier.

Tom is the best spiderman

Anyone else prefer the suit in civil war more? It was more form fitting and rubbery, the homecoming one looked like lycra which doesn't really match the whole "hidden tech" aesthetic. Also the blue in civil war is much darker, its more of a teal in the other movies and it looks kind of funny IMO, especially when its in direct light.

@@LorianandLothric People always pull the experience card even though this movie just blatantly ignored many of Spiderman's primary abilities to make Cap look stronger. Spiderman vs Cap is probably one of the most lopsided fights you can think of. In a real fight for blood where Spiderman isn't basically having fun, Cap wouldn't even last as long in that fight as he did against Thanos with Thor's hammer. Hell he'd NEED Thor's hammer to even remotely stand a real chance. So many things in this fight that just don't make any sense when you understand the full range of Spiderman's abilities.

Why doesn’t these producers ever make use of Spider-Man’s super jumping? The only time super jumping is utilized is when Peter first discovers his powers; after that discovery, the jumping power is never seen again. WHY??? Be resourceful using the jumping goddamn it.

Peter has intelligence that's almost on par with Stark's intelligence. In this movie he was only really tech smart and not really battle smart yet. He's only been Spiderman for like 6 months.
