Spider-Man: No Way Home has revealed that Peter and Doctor Strange will come face to face with villains from other universes. This sees the return of Doc Ock (Alfred Molina), Electro (Jamie Foxx) and the infamous Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe), among a few others. What has yet to be seen is the appearance of another Spider-Man. While fans are dying to catch a glimpse of Tobey Maguire or Andrew Garfield, it seems they will have to wait until the film is released later this month.
Now that the multiverse is in full swing, it opens the door to endless possibilities for other character appearances or cameos. While Miles Morales is a top contender for the next Spider-film or series, Spider-Gwen is also a hugely popular choice and has appeared many times in various Marvel animated series in recent years. I think she would make a great cameo in this, or future, Spider-Man films. Dove Cameron voiced Spider-Gwen in Ultimate Spider-Man and Marvel Rising, and is a great fit for playing Gwen Stacy in the current Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Well since she voiced and played spider gwen first it makes sense for dove to be in it
She is a marvel girl at heart you can’t tell me she doesn’t deserve to be live action Gewn Stacy/GhostSpider she’d rock it especially since agents of shield isn’t canon this would be perfect for her to return to marvel

Technically this would be inconsistent with the Marvel Agents of Shield series ( spoiler: Dove as Ruby dies). One character I hope appears in the film is the figure of Quake.

@@Matirno_ The argument is basically this: Darkhold in WV is not the same as in AoS, so the Agents are no longer canon. I don't know about Loki though, never heard about smth in it that would affect AoS. Also, I think there was some sort of MCU encyclopedia or something, and it included Agent Carter, yet skipped AoS.

Then Gwen could get bit by a spider sometime in Tom Holland Spiderman 4 and in Spiderman 5 she will be Ghost Spider. Which could lead to a Marvel Rising team forming in the MCU.
