This performance was technically their "first" live show done just as the world was coming out of the full lockdown. They performed in a pre-sterilized location to about 200 fans that had to follow extraordinarily strict protocols. No full-blown media crew was allowed so the hand-held "best friend" video. So here's a quick rundown on Dolla and their official videos to date (if this is a duplicate, please just ignore): Dolla is a 4 member group consisting of Sabronzo, Tabby, Angel, and Syasya (pronounced Sha-Sha). You'll see that they all sing, rap, and dance well. The thing about them is that as a group they aren't afraid to experiment with multiple different genres and languages. To date, they've sung in English, Malay, Mandarin, Japanese, and Spanish, as well as touching Raggaeton, Latin Pop, R&B, Hip-Hop, Techno, Electronic, pop ballads, and even traditional music. They were formed in 2019 and released their first MV at the beginning of March 2020 (like 2 weeks before the global COVID shutdown), called "Dolla Make You Wanna": kzread.info/dash/bejne/gaqI09qMpbGfl9I.html It's sort of like Raggeton/Rap. The song itself (you can turn on auto-translate) is making fun of the media hype and speculation surrounding the group's creation. During COVID they managed to release Impikan (which means "to dream/imagine"): kzread.info/dash/bejne/hKuKr5Kjn8KWeqw.html It's about self-belief and empowerment to go after your dreams in spite of what others think. Yes, Dolla is a pretty big deal in the Malaysian Pop scene, as well as in South East Asia. They're also gaining recognition in Europe and the States.
