Man, every time I see those boys eat umeboshi, I can't help admiring them. Here in Japan, we eat umeboshi all the time. BUT it"s a single one, on top of rice, and you kind of mash it up so that it's little bits (unless it's the small, hard ones, but those aren't very sour). Or, we mash them up to season things, like as a dressing for cucumbers, etc. All at once is truly VERY sour, in my opinion

Have you ever tasted a spicy lemon? Tajin addicts - Uh, I think you underestimate what we'll put this on.
