I love the convenience of using these onigiri wrappers; they keep the seaweed fresh and crunchy. I usually make these a day ahead and put it together in the morning on-the-day-of for traveling to the beach or on a plane.
You can use any filling for these rice ball beside Spicy Salmon too! but remember to make a hole with the rice so the rice does not crumble.
Recipe:
-2 cups of rice (i used japanese rice)
-salmon filet
-furikake a.k.a seaweed flakes (optional)
-spicy mayo by Kikkoman OR Sriracha, Kewpie, and Miracle Whip
-salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil
-onigiri seaweed wrap
-onigiri mold

    Yes! You should let it cool down. The fish too so the mayo doesnt melt. Hope you’ll enjoy the result

    @@doeniboeni3916 i agree with you on the plastic, but it is very convenient to use when you are on the go. If i were to consume it at home, i will just use the seaweed sheet that comes in a whole pack.
