Happy to see you! I hope you’re feeling better my love. One of my favorite things to make in the summer is Jello cake. And I checked I think you would very easily be able to do a sugar free version so you can enjoy more than a sliver 😉 Literally all you need is- Yellow cake box mix Cool whip Jello (strawberry flavored) Actual Strawberry’s Instructions: Make cake however it says on the box Let cool. Poke a bunch holes into cake with a fork Make jello however instructed on the box, while the jello is in liquid form pour onto the cake Let it sit in the fridge for an hour or two Add cool whip and strawberry’s on top SO REFRESHING and delish Love you sweetie❤️

Hiya .I'm not sure if we have that cake over here.never heard of cool whip except on family guy lol.but I suppose any cake and cream will do.wont be till next shop as I've just done one for the next recipe.hope you are well darling ❤️ 💙 💜
