Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja
and Welcome to a Traditional Bhindi Masala & Bhindi Curry Episode of @RedSoilStories
Pooja has gone to pick some Okra/Ladyfinger ( Bhindi/Bhendi ) from our relative's frontyard.
While going there she got a ripened mango which she ate and went ahead to pick the Bhindi.
She plucked basketful of okra and returned home.
Today she has decided to prepare Spicy Bhindi masala with dahi ( bhindi gravy sabji ), also known as Dahi bhindi masala. She also wanted to prepare a Spicy Bhindi Curry also Known as Bhendichi Amti (भेंडीचे सार) for the lunch. There many ways to cook this vegetable but the curry is Pooja's absolute favorite.
While Pooja was preparing the lunch I returned home from my work and brought Pooja a Jasmine Garland which Mai gave to me. I gave it to Pooja, she liked it.
Meanwhile Raja and Mowgli were fighting as usual for no reason..!
Bhendi masala and Bhendi Curry ( Bhendiche Saar ) was ready, we enjoyed both the dishes with Bhakri and Rice for the lunch.

सर्व पारंपरिक पद्धतीने करतात, मातीची भांडी, चूल आणि सर्वच छान प्रकारे ठेवलंय खूपच सुंदर... 👌🏻
तुमचे रेसिपी तर छानच आहे पण त्याचा हून सुंदर मातीची भांडी आणि चूल सुंदर ❤❤❤
ताई तुमच्या घरी यायला पाहिजे काय भारी आहे तुमचं किचन मला खुप आवडलं
दोन्हीही रेसिपीज अप्रतिम आहेत. तोंडाला पाणी सुटले.
खुप छान ताई भेंडी चा सार खुप आवडता माका तोंडाक पाणी सुटला😋😋
पूजा शिरीष तुम्हासाठी... हिरव्यागार भेंड्या रानातल्या पहुडल्या रानातच टोपलीभर, आज पूजालयात होणार आहे चमचमीत अन् स्वीदिष्ट भेंडी सार.... प्रेमाचा गजरा माळून शिरीषने भार्याप्रेम दाखविले, स्मितहास्याने पूजाही निघाली वाटाया पाट्यावर मसाले.... भेंडी तर झकासच होणार आता यात काही शंकाच नाही, एक गजरा आज मी ही घरी घेऊन जातो सोबत किलोभर भेंडी काही....(😂) बाकी काहीही असो पूजा भेंडीचे सार तर भन्नाटच झाले, कवतिक तुझे करताना देखील शब्दांचे भांडार अपुरेच राहीले.... दीपक ३.८.२३

भेडी चे सार आणि भरली भेडी एकदम perfect
दोन्ही पदार्थ चमचमीत झाले आहेत.पंजाबी डिश सुद्धा ह्या डिश पुढे फिकी पडेल. पूजाला सगळा व्याप आवडतो.सगळे मसाले करणे आणि भेंडीला चव देणे ,फारच अप्रतिम.जोडीला तुम्ही दोघे कोकण दाखवता.अजून काय हवे.दोघानाही शुभाशीर्वाद.
