The beef tendon looks like it needs to be cooked longer to me. I've never had it but I know I love beef ribs. I'm sure I would enjoy these tendons they look very good

Yes! I feel sad for his kids. Both are fat for their age and sizes. It seems that Houzi's entire family have an obesity problem. Houzi also loves the alcohol. He will probably die from a combination of liver cirrhosis and Type II diabetes from too much sugar and unhealthy types of fats, especially from the oil he cooks with.
