SPICES Making Process From Black Pepper, Turmeric, Chilli in Factory - Black Pepper Cultivation

Ғылым және технология

Curcumin in turmeric and piperine in black pepper have been shown to improve health due to their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and disease-fighting qualities.
Turmeric, also known as the golden spice, is a tall plant that grows in Asia and Central America. It gives curry its yellow color and has been used in traditional Indian medicine for thousands of years to treat various health conditions.
Black pepper contains the bioactive compound piperine, which is an alkaloid like capsaicin, the active component found in chili powder and cayenne pepper. Piperine has been shown to help relieve nausea, headaches and poor digestion and also has anti-inflammatory properties
Still, its most significant benefit may be its ability to boost the absorption of curcumin

Wow, this makes me appreciate the work that goes into getting spices on our shelves! Did you know black pepper can actually help your body absorb the curcumin in turmeric better? Makes me want to try this golden spice trio in my next meal!

This video was fascinating! Especially the part about (mention a specific step in the process, like grinding the turmeric). Do you offer a pre-made blend of these three spices, or is it best to create your own mix based on personal preference?

Vietnamese black pepper is mild and less flavorful. The best pepper in the world grows in Kerala, India. All Indian spices are the best.
