Clean the furniture up and sell it on Market place. I would also looking into that one chest thing. It looks like it could be worth something.

That chest was a sewing box and the small box inside was burled walnut. I would think the sewing box is at least 75.00-100.00 and the small box maybe 20.00.

Time goes by so fast . It’s hard to believe how fast Finn is growing and already (6) months old. She is so cute and when she gets bigger she’s gonna enjoy all these adventures and things you and Sammie are in to. The teething stage is such a difficult time. Try putting a wet washcloth in the freezer to harden then let her chew on that. The fish tank or just the stand alone will sell pretty quick I think. Don't go cheap on that stand as a good wood one will cost some money brand new. And the green chair with the rush seat is kind of neat and could be cleaned up.

The Finn is getting so cute and growing at a great rate, 6 months old already, amazing. Sammie J just glows when she has that baby in her arms, I see a very happy young couple here and progressing in their dreams and schemes. I look back at your videos from 5 and 6 years ago and wow what a change in both of you but I think when the Finn came along you actually then became a unit, and you can see now what the couples that never have kids miss in life, It is a Hugh commitment to bring a child into your life and you will receive in return for all your hard work, a lot of worry and grey hair but a reward no one can ever take from you, I am 85 y/o and had 4 kids in my. life, my spouse passed away 3 years ago and I am totally alone except for my 3 kids [I lost one to cancer] who visit regularly, come for dinner a few times a week ,etc.Don't ever think that kids are a burden without reward. There are handles for spray paint cans. Wash the furniture and paint white or black after rough sanding. Then fine sand between coats. The rattan? Chair is good. Make a furniture painting video!

That chest is a Vintage 1950's 21" Maple and Bamboo Writing Secretary Desk Chest. with keepsake box. aso the little box goes with the chest and so does the other box in it. They go for around $200 to $250. Same with the Ladder back rickrack green chair they go from anywere from $70 to $500. So check into them before just throwing vintage stuff away because your missing out on big bucks. Take them to a Antique shop.
