If you keep Joelinton in the starting XI, then he should be captain. Been at club since 2019. I would say, with some of the Brazilian players at the club already, I would go for Vini Jr instead of Mbappe.

Only part I disagree with is Bruno G should be captain. His performance for Newcastle United has been a huge reason for their success.

Convert Trippier to a central midfielder and his rating will go back up !! He would be handy if he can backup both positions

Joelinton needs to be captain in that starting 11. Been at the club longer than any of the others and is by far the most improved player in the Newcastle squad irl. Fully deserves it

Personally, i don't like signing big players like mbappe, haaland etc. Especially when im at a big club, because i like it more when you take a lesser known or uncompleted player that people don't see as the next big thing and make them that.
