There's an online game called " Interactive Buddy " Which in my opinion was one if not the best torture simulator of one being. Try it if you want, that's a good anxiety killer aswell.

DF is becoming more and more insane but you can't tell because of his voice but inside he is insane

The chill stardew valley music playing subtly in the backgrounds just straight up gives me chills

I’ve played this game before, the fungus vulgarious does something similar to the bacteria but it basically just makes him really brittle so if you throw him he just explodes
