You didn’t do it wrong, you just want more for yourself, it’s been 4 yrs btw. Life will never stop lifiing but you got to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. You’re so use to quitting after any kind of push back or resistance. Instead of focusing on what you feel went “wrong” focus on what can go right in this season. Things are going to continue to happen but you don’t need to upload everyday just communicate that. If your other TikTok is suspended start a new one. Be open to people God may be sending your way and stop blocking your blessings because of fear. Most importantly give yourself some grace now that you know better you can do better. Look into meditation so you can begin to train your mind to focus on the future instead of being stuck in the past. Every morning you wake up start your list of gratitude then check back on it at the end of the night. I am claiming your victory🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Airi also be mindful of what you eat the week before your cycle I watched a video on this doctor she recommends us to eat lighter the week before so when it comes your hormone aren’t too crazy!! Fruits veggies potatoes ( we crave starch) and water of course. Dr. Mindy Pelz she has a book.keep going don’t be too hard on yourself. One day at a time. Get organized and create a routine for yourself.❤
