It is my soul work to help women connect with their cycles and to speak openly about the changes in their bodies and stop expecting consistency when we are cyclical beings!!! Nina.. have you ever heard of PMDD? Pre menstrual dysphoric disorder… I was diagnosed with this about 4 years ago.. and it explained so much! I was very sad and irritable and even suicidal before my period.. I got an iud recently to help with the mental symptoms and started meds and I’m feeling so much better.. what you describe is exactly how I felt! Since I was 12!
