Hello, a few people have been requesting I put this on KZread. I will say this by far not my best speech, but I figured I would post it for anyone who doesn't have the Resource Package. This speech was given my Junior year, and placed fourth.

5:30 is the limit actually this is usually more flexible at finals for nationals
