i never really considered a tas for this game, but seeing what's been done so far has convinced me that a full 880 moon tas of this game would go down as the greatest tas ever created

@@shirowolf2175 I’m not exactly sure, but it takes a pretty long time. People making these have to meticulously edit positions and variables to have a bot complete the game as fast as possible.

a lot of these tricks involve frame perfect inputs and hitting like 10 different buttons within like a second which is what makes them insane

I didn't quite realize how hype TAS could be. This is insane, and everyone making these really deserves tons of credit for this

@@dustin202 A TAS of Twilight Princess that recently released (Recommend checking Gymnast86) took 4 YEARS to make. That's insane.

Just so you know. This is how speedrunner gameplay feels to casuals. We can kinda understand what you're doing, but beyond that its just speed and things that are apparently possible.

For the night metro tower to people who didn’t understand, mario bounced on cappy, threw him up immediately, grabbed the pole, jumped off the pole, and repeated that all the way up Pretty sure the upwards cap throw timing was near frame perfect

5:20 In all versions of SMO, there is a one frame gap where you can stand. This in mind, you can do the following: Cap jump (2P) Teleport with Cappy What you can't do is the following: Jump Spin pound I found this way before this video was made. I once got into lava and then i opened the map. I found that you can teleport on top of lava. So i thought to myself: Am i standing? Why is it letting me teleport. Enough said.

I need more of this type of content. So good.

there still alot of game where the input are so insane(yes even more insane than some pixel perfect stuff)that there not even any competition but yeah for some game human is getting pretty close to Tas

Honestly the most amazing mario trick I've seen might just have to be dss (Dino skip skip, if u didn't know) it's jsut so precise that you get one chance because there is literally 1 ir 2 pixels you can stand on
