    this is really impressive again! I am getting started with this kind of painting and I still don't know how you make the lines "disappear" like that...I guess you hide them by shading and lighting on each part repeatedly ?

    I do have one "how to draw wolves tutorial" that is now a couple months old: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZZ1trK6jpdLSf8o.html but I'm still veeerry shaky about voice recording 😫 I do want to do more, but I might need quite some more time to really get used to it. (But I'd actually have to make more voice recordings to make more progress... maybe I might try to do shorter mini videos instead of trying to tackle a topic in one go) I have some drawn out tutorials as well, but they are more like doodle dumps of different ideas with a novel written out in the description with extra explanation (so there's another issue: I make minimal effort to make things presentable :'I ) so you certainly won't get any well structured educational videos until I learn to do better. remarin.deviantart.com/art/How-to-sketch-canine-skulls-579928158 remarin.deviantart.com/art/How-to-hands-595770955 remarin.deviantart.com/art/Tutorial-Wings-reference-and-anatomy-464313294 remarin.deviantart.com/art/folded-Wings-reference-part2-464328609 remarin.deviantart.com/art/How-to-draw-Snarly-Wolves-Advice-and-Tipps-631337621 remarin.deviantart.com/art/Eye-tutorial-726391714

    I see almost every photoshop artist uses photoshop elements 10, or something along the lines of that, but does photoshop CC, or any other version work just as well as it?

  • @Remarin

    @Remarin

    6 жыл бұрын

    :0 I think I only remember having seen one other artist using elements.10 specifically. But the reason why you might see "elements" be recommended over "CC", is because the latter is only purchable via subscription. Usually it's young people who ask about drawing programs, who are just getting into digital art - and paying a monthly/yearly fee before you have a steady income doesn't seem like that good of an idea. And CC is the newest most "mainstream" version of photoshop, so it's actually the other way around; Elements is actually more limited comparatively.

  • @bizzard6629

    @bizzard6629

    6 жыл бұрын

    Remarin, ah yeah, I see. Most photoshop artists that I know of prefer elements rather than CC, or anything, though. I do have photoshop, yeah, but only CC, I wanna try out painting using it, but I have no clue as to what to expect from it. So I guess I should just try it out and hope for the best?

  • @Remarin

    @Remarin

    6 жыл бұрын

    Well as with any program, it will take some time to get used to / familiar with :> I recommend checking out downloadable brush packs though! It's all I use,, and with CC you don't even have to worry about wether the pack will work with your version or not,, like there are brushes that say "for CS6 and up" (and with my old elements I always cry a little inside) You can find a ton on deviantart, and I keep a folder for the ones I use as well: remarin.deviantart.com/favourites/70489455/BRUSHES (I've downloaded the first 5 do far) the first pack has a ton of great square textured brushes, I always use them for digital paintings. The second one is a pack with lots of patterned and effect brushes (leaves, water effects, clouds etc) I'm not 100% sure of this, but I think a main difference between the brush system in elements and CS6 and up, is that elements can't support blending brushes that well? Like those that automatically blend and smudge colors, I rarely see them in older packs. But still, wether you make use of blending brushes or not is simply dependant on what painting style you are going for, you can do just as fine without them too.

    Remarin, Yeah, that’s true. And thanks for the advice and everything! I’ll try out painting someday - when I finally muster enough motivation, that is. I’ll definitely use some of those brushes, too.

    Matthew 25:31-46 New International Version (NIV) The Sheep and the Goats 31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. 34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ 37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ 40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ 41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’ 44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ 45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ 46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

    Well, it's not as straightforward as that, but yes,, I've partnered up with the youtube-ad program and since I am careful to choose as many copyright-free soundtracks as possible for my videos, I'm able to monetize them. Thus I do receive a certain amount of revenue for each video that you guys watch :> Though I'm still nowhere near being able to consider this as a viable source of income
