Hope to get one of him like these. It's just that I am the one that is always riding Moon and I am the only one that does the videos of them. Videos of Moon are usually done while I am riding him. There are a few of those on KZread filmed from his back while riding.

This was only for the video. People want to hear the four beat sound and asphalt is the only way to get that. We don't like riding them on it either but this was only for this purpose. And most racking horses ride best on a hard surface, all of our horses gait best on asphalt or a very hard packed gravel or dirt road. Best place to get a video showing their gaits. We don't like soft ground or soft surfaces and neither do our horses. They can't gait good and struggle on soft ground.

vixen310 I know and I really appreciate your comment back just one horse person to another I like to hear the sound 2 but to be honest I'm just thankful you're not making the horse stand in one place to make a sound like this as I have seen so many do not this particular breed but others thank you again for your comment it's so nice to see that you check your messages your horses are beautiful

Elizabeth Hodge ,I truly don't understand this thing people have against riding on asphalt ,theres a metal shoe between the hoof an the road ,an metals tuffer than asphalt, so regardless of the surface your hitting the shoes taking the beaten, an only the shoe ,on soft ground the whole foot is in contact with the ground :i.e.,frog ,heel ,pad ,more chance of a stone bruise or 1/4 cracks,so if ur referring to bones taking a beating,only thing I've ever got from asphalt is a small splint an it was a 16 yr old carriage horse who's worked on asphalt his whole life ,,I'd bet my life more horses have broke /fractured legs, knees from jumping 4 to 7 foot high jumps in arenas or cross country ,do u condone this practice ,?or is it something u do yourself with horses,,?
