I've never seen touch screen dryer before. Though I honestly should've expected those to exist since I've seen washing machines with touch screens, specifically ones under the Milnor branding.

Save all the old machines. If you're buying the place that Frank budwey owns, the guy isn't paying rent and said if he gets evicted, he is taking the machines. So you might need a few. You won't have to pay a boat load for the business, but if you can get some temporary machines in while waiting for new ones, you can keep the clients.

His game plan is a bit different. For this laundromat he bought the property and the business. He is a real estate guy and is banking on cash flows from the laundromat, property appreciation, and paying less for rent by having a mortgage and paying property taxes instead.

I like how you vented each machine individually thru the wall. That will make it much easier when it comes time to clean the vents out. Also I noticed that Speed Queen made the reversing feature standard on all of their machines now. Do you know if there is a way to turn it off?

Yes, actually default on these machines it costs .25 to use that feature

I am adding 4 of these units to my mat. I am curious how your vents look outside?

We did 10” direct vents to the outside (with an elbow facing down)

how your stack dryer working is it faster to dry clothes i just installed 45ib and it seem my old 30ib work better and fast is there anyway on programming can be done to improve
