I wondered this. I've just realised there is another, slower video of this same picture which does show the pencil numbers 😊 Where this one is called "speed colouring" the other video is called "step by step".

@@clairegroizard6865 TY so much!! I don't like that she doesnt talk to teach me the subtleties of what she is doing :-( But then to not have any guidance AND NO color names!! Completely not helpful. That thought did cross the back of my mind. TY again for getting me straight!!
