Wow, I’m feeling those same emotions with you just watching this. When you text me the numbers of your pft’s today, I literally couldn’t believe what I was looking at. Not only are you going to be alright but knowing that so so many others will be too is everything this mom’s heart could ever want for Christmas. My only complaint is I wish there really would have been a fast forward button for all of the years and sessions of my doing manual chest pt on you and having to hear you scream “I hate you mom!!!” 😂 💜

I think about her everytime someone with cf has amazing results. But she is looking down so full of joy to know how far the cf community has come and will go in the future.

You legit had me in tears. I can feel the pure joy & disbelief.

Hey Morgan. Keep a pillow or something kinda fluffy with you. When you have to cough or sneeze, hug it tight to your stomach over where your incisions are, it'll help with the pain. It also helps when sitting up or lying down. Best! 🤘🏻🤘🏻

That is so amazing!! I’m watching this with tears I’m my eyes!! My son started on the trikafta right before thanksgiving. He hasn’t had over 89% ever but blew also a 93. He also has gained 10lbs. I am so thankful for this drug!! Sending love!!

So awesome Morgan! I know the feeling of being blown away by modern medicine. When I started Rituxan treatments for my CIDP, my legs started getting stronger and within three weeks after finishing four Rituxan treatments I was walking without my cane for the first time in years! I’m thankful to my neurologist for being willing to try a treatment that’s not even been proven to help CIDP patients yet. It’s an emotional moment and I look forward to every six months when I get my treatments because they give me such better quality of life.

This. This is why I got into medicine. It’s so easy to get jaded and feel like we are just fighting a losing battle. But I pray that the makers of this drug get to see this. I am so so happy for you. I’m so happy for the whole CF community.

Tiff unspeakable joy. I haven’t been able to go around Morgan for the past few months. That alone has broke my heart. I’ve had a nasty bug called c diff. I took clindamycin for an infection after surgery and the doctors tell me that’s how I got it. It has been a terrible thing to go through but nothing like what I know Morgan and others with CF go through. While I’ve been quarantined I’ve had to watch the great news along with everyone else. So thank you from mom to mom. 💜💜

Got emotional after seeing the first 93 and your reaction. I watch Stephi Lee and have been following her journey on cystic fibrosis and learning about it, and my mind has been blown seeing her progress with Trikafta. God bless you dude. Your journey is beautiful

This had me in tears, the look in your face when you saw your numbers for the 1st time. It was the look of real joy and happiness. All of your friends are looking down on you and cheering for you, they were all in with you while you were blowing that 93!!! About a month i was able to tell a girl that i work with about trikafta, her son is 3 and he has CF. I juat cant believe that there is now a medication for him to take that might keep him from ever having to deal with severe side effects from his CF. He might be able to live a normal life and play sports and not spend weeks in the hospital at a time. It just blows my mind cause only a year ago there was nothing the CF'er could take to help to keep them from getting sicker, all they could do is treat the symptoms and spend weeks in the hospital on antibiotics. Sorry this is so long but it just makes me so happy and excited for this miracle drug!!!! CONGRATULATIONS on your 93 and i know that next time they will be higher cause you will be healed from your gallbladder surgery... I know that all of your Christmas wishes have come true already but i hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a even happy New Year!!!

My feelings exactly. To be that young Mom having to think about her child dying. Such a miracle is this drug. Long time coming, but it’s here!

That demonstration of a human version of the vest is exactly what we did with my 2 year old who was recently hospitalized for 2 days with the tiniest bit of pneumonia. Normally I hit my little ones who are congested in the upper back at home but never thought about in front and side until having the nurses show me in the hospital. Now that I think about it, it makes sense and how I didn't think of it after watching your's and the frey life's videos is just a brain fart on my end. Lol. I'm not gunna lie I was fighting back tears for you! I'm in no way affected by CF. I only know of it through channels I watch but just seeing how hard you guys fight to live with these daily task over and over again with little pay off and to finally see something make a difference in your everyday life to make it so much easier to get up and enjoy life is just AMAZING! Right after surgery blowing numbers like that is crazy! Oh I'm so ecstatic over here!!!! Yay!!!

Damn! I blew 80 in October. The last time I got over ninety is more than 1 year ago. The most patients have like 75 or 80. And you go with 93 in your age! I am soooo happy for you. This is motivation. Your whole channel is. I am thinkig so often about my age and how old i will get and how much more difficult it will be ohne day. And it reliefs me, when I watch your videos, because you show everybody that it is not imposible. Thank you soooo much.

When I saw 93, I started crying. omg.. I am amazed and so happy... I know your cf friends are all cheering for you somewhere out there. I know they are crying happy tears like a lot of us here are. I have no words. this is changing so many peoples lives, saving lives. You have a big amazing future that you'll get to plan. a friend of mine is on the transplant list, and the number she blew before the medication was 48, 3 months on the medication she blew in 85. She's just like you trying to absorb everything that is happening to her. You're right modern medicine can be incredible

I just nearly busted out crying. When you saw it was 93. My friend passed from CF at the age of 21 and even though part of me is so sad she never lived to see this drug it’s so good to see so many people benefiting and seeing real results

I just found your channel and I myself am going to be 30 next year. I was diagnosed at 2 months old and they didn't think that I would make it years on down-the-line. And seeing this medicine and everybody giving nothing but positive about it made me excited and something about your video made me emotional. I really like your channel and I do cystic fibrosis updates every once in a while I started doing this about 5 months ago. And this makes me so happy. In about a month I should be able to go to my doctor and get a PFT update. I can't wait and thank you for sharing this amazing video with all of us.

I'm so so happy for you. This drug is amazing. Thanks for sharing your life with us, your ups and downs. I came to find you because I had to get a port a couple of weeks ago and I just was looking for port videos... but I've stayed because your channel is just amazing. Everyone hates on big pharma but I finally got the right diagnoses this year... I have a genetic connective tissue condition (Ehlers-Danlos) and autonomic failure and a few other things... had them my whole life and have had issues but no one figured it out til this year. I had become bedbound. Now I'm on meds that are actually helping and have changed my quality of life and I'm getting to go back to work... and I got on those right as Trikafta was having its public release... so I can identify a little with the life change brought about by meds. Anyhow. This gave me all. The. Feels. So happy for you!

Trikafta is such an amazing drug. I'm seeing so much improvement with the patients I work with. They have so much energy, feel like a new person, and happier because they're drastically improving.

It’s so unreal, like the hype around this new medication is valid. It really is a miracle. Think of what the new generation of CF patients will be able to do with this medication! Their future looks so bright.

The Manual Chest Therapy works wonders for many reasons. Don't stop doing that if possible. Also best to lose up a long infection.
