It is crazy how you have to go on stage in front of thousands of students and not feel nervous about speech and you have to speak up I never thought about being nervous on stage but I am always nervous before giving the welcome speech and it scares the shit out of me but somehow I manage to do the speech good and I get so much compliments after doing the speech.

It seems one of a learned and best practice speech. The motivational draft is yet inspiring. An elbow on a lectern while giving a speech is never to be repeated. Reminded me of that woman who peeped while saying prayers in english. Encouraging though.
