Specwall are currently in the process of applying for Secured by Design (SBD) accreditation, the official police security initiative that works to improve the security of buildings and their immediate surroundings to provide safe places to live, work, shop and visit.
As can be seen from the hammer video, Specwall have carried out some preliminary testing at the BRE testing facility in conjunction with SBD operatives. The videos clearly show that Specwall is an extremely robust, secure product that can withstand severe impact testing before being penetrated. Having already secured interest from sectors in Mental Health, MoJ and MoD, we look forward to developing the Specwall offer in to these areas once SBD accreditation has been achieved.
