what a classic guys ... peace to everyone that liked this ! love the song as well ... G.I. Joe , transformers , thunder cats , Voltron , just everything from that era .

I remember when I was 9 years old and I used to watch Spectreman. Here in Brazil we still had no color tv on that time and the monsters really made me cry of horror. Now when I watch it again I start to cry not because I'm still afraid of the monsters but because it reminds me my childhood.

Being 20 years old, my uncle gave me some movies and I love the show and still do

My God the floodgates have opened used to watch this after school every day, and in the summer it came on 3 times a day Wish i could relive the 80's again them days were the shit!

An Absolute Gem From the 1980's ❤ it Also had the Best Opening Song's Ever!! "Specterman" Was Awesome!!

Love Specterman!!! I remember when my nephew & i used to watch it on tv. He used to get scared of the monsters,and i'd tell him do'nt worry Specterman will get them.Brings back a lot of memories.Thanks for uploading!!!

@@GeneJ77 Thanks for the compliment but I am a aunt not uncle... My nephew was really little about three or four and I was about nine or ten. My much beloved nephew died from lymphoma at 28 years so spectreman really has some bittersweet memories for me.

This song is still engrained into my mind since seeing it as a kid in the late 70s. He looks like he's struggling with his own suit a lot!

@@ms.scorpioerica318 I was talking about the origin of the song. I did not think that you were correct. I did a little research and it confirmed EXACTLY what you said. I also grew up on this stuff (and Ultraman), and saw the Japanese and US versions as a kid (Sat dish, 32 and 50). I had NO idea the USA version song was based on this. Thank you for teaching us something!!!! TIL!!

The Dr Gory will always be my favorite with his ape face, blonde hair and how he used sign language along when he talked. He cracked me up. He made the show worth watching!!

Wow. Just...wow. Reminds me of Ultraman, but without the (comparatively speaking) big budget. The things early Japanese action shows did on a shoestring are why they kick our butts on actual big budget special effects now...

Love this show used to be scared of the monsters in it when I was a kid. That rock monster and the three headed rat used to give me bad dreams.

Your right it was a two headed rat. That three headed dragon was cool as hell. The best monster was Satan king that looked like a dinosaur and had super hard skin.

For the last 30 years I've thought this was called Spectraman.

Need this on a US DVD or Blu-Ray release! Excellent work!

Don't know what show you guys saw but this was the theme used when I watched a kid

Home from school back in my youth, living in Chicago,they played this, Space Giants, and Ultraman, then the old Marvel Superhero cartoons. Grilled cheese sammich, and a drawing pad in front of me.

For some reason that last scene with Dr. Gori looks like he is making a rap video from the 80s. Dr. Gori is proclaiming how "bad" he is while a member of his "crew" agrees with him. Yeah I know, weird, but that is just what I saw in the last half second of this intro.
