    Thanks Terri!!! I need to watch this with my book open! And possibly a guinea pig on the table!!! In fact just opened the book up. Pg 31 and following the protocol. Starts at 33? Ok just watched it, 14 muscle balance. Was that a complete session? Would you do extra for those that didn’t seem to balance in this session or leave them to the next session and see if the overall treatment brought them up before focussing on them? This was a truly beautiful video to watch. As an Acupuncturist I would be tempted to apply some magnets on the holding points if even for a few seconds to see if we can get a more powerful effect just a thought, I think I was playing with that idea many years ago but never actually got to do it.

    @@ivarhakuse8572 This was a full 14 muscle "Fix-as-you-go" balance the way Touch for Health teaches it. By the end, all 14 muscles were balanced. I recommend performing a pre and post-assessment on your clients as well. Concerning the use of magnets, TFH does not include magnets in their protocol. However, if you were to use them, you need to determine if the body prefers the south or north pole against the body. You can determine that by putting one side of the magnet on the point and muscle checking to see if it caused the muscle to lock. If not, try the reverse. If neither side causes the unbalanced muscle to lock, I would determine using a magnet will not benefit the body at this time. Regarding doing more work in the future, I sometimes tell the client to let me know when they want to peel more layers of the onion off. Most people have multiple issues to continue working on in future sessions.

    This is good stuff, but the host MUST clarify something...in that what she's is describing is not just regular kinesiology, but APPLIED KINESIOLOGY (which was developed by Dr. George Goodheart). Any narrative which is talking about such things as muscle testing (and how the muscles are associated with the acupuncture channels) is dealing with AK!!! Incidentally, "Touch for Health" was specifically derived from AK, by Dr. Thie. I happen to be a DC, and have attended TFH workshops, through the years. Ms. Kaus does seem to be very competent.

    @@LajosKormos. "Accurate muscle testing" is an art and a science. There are many people who think they are muscle testing accurately when they are not. In my workshops, I teach students several techniques to enhance brain-body communication. I will list a few factors that can cause a person to receive "inaccurate" results during muscle testing. 1) hydration 2) being overly stressed 3) nutrition, lack of protein or low blood sugar 4) overexposure to electromagnetic frequencies 5) exhaustion 6) imbalance in the muscle being tested. If you were able to confirm you are getting accurate feedback from the body, then I would say it is possible since our unconscious mind holds all our memories. Hope this helps.

  • @secondstarllc

    @secondstarllc

    3 жыл бұрын

    She tested the strength in the beginning to get a control. Then when there is stress in other parts of the body it will make the arm test weak. Then they know they can use that arm to test other parts of the body. There are those who are athlete types who can find a way in their own body to over power this through compensation. They train to notice this however, and this was demonstrated in this session when the practitioner pointed out the client was pushing back rather than matching the pressure. 👍

    If it was just a weak muscle then it would not respond to the simple reflex-strengthening methods I performed. If it was truly a physical muscle "weakness" she would have to begin a strengthening regime and do it for some time before she would see results.
