What is your best tip for playing great Special Teams?

I came here for a refresher as I’m 40 now but was very good at HS football and was looking for a way in on our local team whose special teams is in need of improvement. I not only learned a lot but I wanted to thank you for your service so to speak in the advancement of HS special teams. It’s the easiest and most direct way to improve any team. Thanks again for a great video
