اس سے لاکھ درجے بہتر ہے کہ ایک کلو گوشت میں تازہ پسا ھوا کچا پپیتا 2 چمچ ڈال کر پوری رات فریزر میں رکھ دیں میرینیٹ کرلیں اگلے دن پندرہ منٹ میں گلا ھوا بہترین گوشت تیار ھوگا چاھے بکرا ھو یا بیف ۔

Ap gosht thek se wash krain sara blood nikal Jane dain pher fresh lesan adrak ka paste laga ker 15 minutes k liye chor dain aur per jo bhi pakayain sab se phele gosht ko achi trha se bunahe krain gosht ka pani dry hojye oil separate hojye us k bad masalay dalain. Khushbodar salan taeyar hoga inshallah.
