There's more Auditors at that Station than police officers and they still havent learned.

They always ask if there's a reason you're recording but never ask random people why they are crossing the street or looking on their phone etc. The real irony is that it was them who started all of this recording of people but now the shoe is on the other foot and they hate it !

But he was determined to stick it out with you to possibly get a lock up under section 5 public order or something possibly under the mental health act to lock you up, so well done for sticking it out with him and you won this match.

All those coppers in the building, yet no-one was available to watch the van reverse across a pavement and into the road. So much for all their safety "advice".

The ego driven childish behaviour of that officer was his own undoing. It seemed to me the other officers were unsure what he was doing. The female officer hovering around like a mother hen wishing she could leave.😂. Her initial rudeness was because she underestimated you. She thought she could get away with rudeness. Oh some dumb auditor therefore a loser. Their arrogance and desire to dominate means they lose the limited wits they may have. She soon discovered she was being asked to behave professionally and that was a big ask because it’s not usually demanded. I think the failure of others to come out and pounce means they are slowly realising it won’t work. They didn’t want to take you on. Slowly you are making a difference.

So a constables in a particular force and even at a particular station, doesn't know that she, as a member of that force/station, is under Special Measures. This to me means they have no fear of these measures, are stupid, haven't been told by their bosses, told by their bosses to ignore it or ignoring or disobeying their bosses. It's highly embarrassing when the least skilled profession try to play mind games when they're far to stupid to do their own jobs.

I've seen several audits in front of these famous, or is it infamous green gates. None of them portray the police in a very good light. Every police officer that comes out seems to have a chip on his shoulder, and all look confused when asked to respect their own rules about informing they are filming. Discipline is a trickle down thing, and the severe lack of discipline at this station shows that senior management is severely lacking in this department.

You’d have really thought by now that after the damning report about this station and the number of times it has been audited they would have learned a few lessons. Sadly their tyrannical behaviour doesn’t seem to improve when all they need to do is say hello, walk away and leave you alone. The last copper and his thicker than thick female sidekick are a disgrace to humanity. Keep on pushing!

This station is the worst... they try to escalate the situation with attitude. That blonde guy with the accent and cigarette was antagonist and wound the situation right up. I've seen him in other audits he makes everything crank up and seemsto enjoy it with that smirk. These officers are supposed to expert de-escalators 🙄

The cop that drove the van away didnt put on his seatbelt and then drove away with his lights and sirens on. If he is going to be rushing through traffic on an emergency call the need for seatbelts is dramaticaly increased. 'Laws for thee but not for me'

I swear to god it will unnerve them ... even though you're filming.. there's something official about a note pad ..

Hi Yardley, this one from about ten minutes with the encounter with a tyrant is quite exciting!, the stream of speech that washes them away!. The rapid and consistent delivery of corrections is far too much for them. What amuses me the most is that you seem to know exactly what you are doing and why and they are totally out of the loop!. The fact that you are under no obligation to explain anything to them is so far out of their mind set!. For some time now I have been investigating this aspect of human behaviour where people engage with others in expectation of a particular sort of response and when that does not happen they have nothing to fall back on!. Some of us relish such challenges because they always present an opportunity to correct errors and learn new things, sadly it requires a good deal of skill and confidence that recruits to the police service lack from the start!, they assume that simply wearing the costume of authority actually confers authority, when something like this happens they get all sad and confused. Remarkably a total of ten more minutes pass before in the end they take the walk of shame that was always going to happen!. Many people will think that what you have done here is nothing more nor less than bear baiting and serves no useful function, I do not think that!, what I see is apprentice tyrants failing to get any satisfaction from an encounter with a member of the public, this failure act on them as a negative reinforcement of that strategy, thus they will be less enthusiastic to apply it next time!, between then and now this encounter will rankle, the frustration they feel will all be laid at your door and between themselves they will try to bolster their own position but because that position is not based on law or reason, just feelings it cannot be sustained, gradually the lingering doubts prevail and in the end they will find more satisfactory strategies to satisfy their egos, hopefully those new strategies will be more closely aligned with proper effective policing but I will not hold my breath!. My remark about bear-baiting was just to give you the chance to put out a rebuttal which you have just done!, there is also an element of curiosity for me because quite often in similar situations I get the irresistible urge to wind people up when they are being silly and I wonder if you ever feel the same!. I think one of the central issues for those that come at you why-ning like that is because they think they have seen something that is 'wrong' and dive in on a tide of righteous indignation, what then happens is that tide of emotion will ebb after a while but in the meantime their capacity for rational consideration is severely hampered. This is a typical behaviour pattern that we see when people's feelings are triggered by a perceived event, a spontaneous reaction over which they have no real control, it is all part of that cognitive delusion method that people use to substitute for proper observation and clear rational thought, a thing that many people avoid because they have been told not to!, just to do as they have been told, and lack the confidence to work things out for themselves. This does appear to be a simple clever biological mechanism to reduce the amount of time spent actually thinking!, if we had to do all of it every time anything happens it would slow us down a lot!. This alternative strategy, which is often called 'fast thinking', allows us to appear to be in control' of the situation by responding rapidly and most of the time passes unremarked, it is only when the base assumptions are actually false that it all falls apart. I was a PO at CC and was bullied, sexually harassed and it came back to haunt me when they didn't stop. I tried to keep going but they literally broke me. 💔 seeing these things on the news that the very police station that broke me from senior management to the very small group of PO who hurt me with impunity 22 years later!... well it has simply broken me all over again, because they didn't learn from their mistakes. Sorry to all if I have offended. I'm just trying to process why they never sought to be kind to their own colleagues let alone those who come up against their appalling behaviour and attitude every single day. I no longer tell people what I used to do. I was a good cop, but Charing Cross is clearly the very same. Stay safe all. 🙏 kindest thoughts always 💖
