I tried this today and it turned out so delicious. I used ghee instead of oil and I put the garam masala before hand. That's the only alteration!

Just tried it and turned out delicious! 🎉 A nice juicy but dry ish kheema that’s perfect with some pav or bread. The timing for the meat and pressure cooker was spot on. Subscribed and can’t wait to try another one of your recipes! Love from London x

Tried the recipe and the result was amazing

I liked it very much. The message, music and the mix are perfect, instead of listening to the Bimbos with half Hindi, Half Urdu and English. Literally ran away from Ispoons and feries.
