Aditya brother. If you are above the age of discernment (about 16+). I highly suggest you research about Islam and watch youtube videos of certain scholars. Once you grasp the fundametals, then read literature on islamic belief and creed, then finally read the Holy Quran in English. Islam is not a new religion, its coming down from the time of Adam and Eve, and the new world after Noah (AS) flood. Then Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Finally Mohammad. There are 25 other prophets in between as well. They all came with the same message to worship of Supreme Mighty Creator of the Universe whom we call ALLAH SWT. ALLAH simply means God in Arabic. Its not s different God. The God of all Mankind and all the Prophets send before.

In fact, if you study Arabic poetry of the period prior to Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), you’ll find that generosity was a MAJOR theme. So that why Prophet said, "I was sent to uphold and complement ethical values".
