Oh you'd be surprised mustafa, it's a beautiful country and a great piece of planet earth, just a shame all the tragedies of the past. It seems like it's always been a tribal place, but the average westerner knows this and has nothing against the good people of Afghanistan, we also know the west has created much of the problem, it needs to keep out of other nations business and let them evolve on their own trajectory. Ordinary people are the victims. Would love to see the buddha's of bamiyan and blue mosque in future, stunning country.

Yes it is terrible what the Soviet Communists did to Afghanistan. It sent that beautiful country on a dark path now infested with radical islam which is the enemy of freedom and expression. Again, it is terrible what the Soviet Communists did to Afghanistan. It is a tragedy what the taliban has done to the people and the priceless history they have literally erased from the hillsides, speaking of the Buddah statues.

I am from Kandahar Afghanistan. I am glad you guys are talking about your experiences in Afghanistan. It's a beautiful place, full of secrets and mysteries that cannot be understood or grasp by any outsiders. There were many eerie reasons why tons of bombs were dropped over seemingly empty valleys, mountains, and plains. Not many can gather the courage to dip deeper in search of truth.

I heard quite a few crazy stories when I was in Afghanistan. Stuff that cost me many hours of sleep when I was there and kept me up at night for many years after I came home. All heard from people I trust completely. If there's one place in the world that could be considered a safe haven for giants and other monsters, it is Afghanistan. Those mountains are beautiful, massive, inhospitable, and unsettling. The hills really do have eyes in Afghanistan.

In the mid-1900s the Smithsonian started collecting all the bones of the giants they could find, and just totally did away with them. Like gone, they never existed. Later on people would laugh at anybody who mentioned the existence of giants, call them crazy like they do those who believe in UFO's. Why?? I have my thoughts and opinions, but who am I. Lol. I guess it is talked about A LOT. You find stories like this everywhere in abundance. The thing is they are not believed. There ist 20+ hours of CSETI testimony from pilots, astronauts and soldiers; now, most people are not part of the elite. And if we dont even believe the people that have "credibility" in our view, what would prompt us to believe the clerk of the grocery store when he tells us about an little elf he met on his way home one night. It is like the very act of talking about it makes you loose all credibility. This is obviously ridiculous. It does not help that 90 percent of people are full of sh*t and that we live in an attention-seeking environment. However, 0,0000001 percent of the stories being true already tilts the average view on reality on its head. I wish we were more humble as a species and would not turn our backs on wonder and mystery. Today is the same situation as 100ts of hears back when "scientists" refused to look through galileos telescope as they already knew the sun revolved around the earth. Our arrogance in unfathomable and sickening. But there will come a point where we slip over the carpet, under which we have scooped all of the unexplained and a shitton of stuff will be exposed. Most will not be prepared.

In the Quran, there is mention of a city inhabited by giants many thousands of years ago. They were destroyed for their pride and arrogance. The city was called Iram or city of pillars, believed to be in modern day Yemen. I think there is mention of giants in the Old Testament and Norse mythology. Giants obviously existed but I'm guessing prefer to live away from civilisation.

I had heard of the story from some of my friends who went to Afghanistan and most were convinced that it was true, there are some FOIA requests as well. I served from 1983-1995, my MOS was 15 Echo(Pershing Missile) and my 1st duty was in West Germany with the 74th USAFAD. We were in custody and control of the Nuke Warheads and the German Luftwaffe was in charge of the delivery device(missile). It was a mobile missile system but we had a QRA where they were fixed in a Berg called Site Ochsenhof, fucking Disney Land shit, gorgeous. We had 3 "pads" with 3 missiles on each launch pad. One night I was on Guard with my German counter part (2 guards per pad) and we both see this light(s), red, yellow, blue, green, about 1/2 mile up in the sky so I call the guard room and Komrade calls his. The lead guard(s) are getting calls from each pad and so he calls the SDO (staff duty officer), then the lights come down closer and i'm ready to shoot this thing. It sits there for about 10 minutes and everyone is out of their bunks and outside looking up at this thing. It abruptly shoots straight up in a millisecond and shoots off to the South, just then 2, then 4 more F-104 Starfighters (luftwaffe) give chase to it. The next day, we'r all de-briefed by some civilian dudes and told I didn't see shit and ifI said anything it was my ass. Just thought i'd share it with you, new sub.

On that deployment that his platoon was attacked he also was in an IED (improvised explosive attack) that killed the vast majority of the convoy he was a part of. The only reason he survive was because he was thrown clear of the vehicle but he ended up losing 1 of his legs. Apparently from what he told me he said he went and rendered aid to his corpsman who was mortally injured then drew his m9 and crawled to the few surviving members of the convoy who were huddled behind a vehicle and taking fire. He said that the only reason he believes he is alive today is because there was an A-10 and a Cobra in the area giving CAS to a different military operation. He told me that the route that they were knew was supposed to have been clear an hour or so before by EOD and K-9s. All in all when he came back he was never truly the same.

Every culture that has ever lived also knew how to talk, share, designate responsibilities.. they knew how to think and how to feel. They had creative parts of their brains just as we did. They had imagination to tell stories just like we did.. I think it would be very unlikely that only one culture ever had the idea of imaging humans as bigger or smaller. Especially since people can be born really tall or really short. It's not a leap for people to imagine that shit.. just like it's not a leap to say that a lot of cultures believed in gods. it was just a logical step for them in discovery, stories and imagination that every culture experiences. Imaging a human but gigantic has probably been in ever culture.

I flew the F-15C for Uncle Sugar for 12 years. After leaving the AF I went to Alaska to be a bush pilot. There are a lot of myths up there about a race of giants. One time I was flying a King Air 200 into a very remote village in the mountains, up near the north slope. We were a medical flight, equipped with a medbed module flying in to pick up a teenaged girl who had attempted suicide by jumping off of the water tower. The weather, as usual, was shit. The only way in was to fly the river valley at about 100 feet. 1/4 mile visibility and mountains on both sides going up to 10-12,000 feet. Illegal and dicey, but...medivac flight. Nobody in the village had medical training except one young EMT-B. The girl would die if we didn't get her to a hospital. I was focused on wingtip clearance and maintaining clear of the above cloud deck at about 150 feet, when my copilot yelled "Holy shit"! Not what you want to hear in that situation. I glanced over at him, his eyes were huge. I looked along his sight line and saw a man, walking along the river bank. He was covered in skins, and had long dirty hair. He had to have been 12-15 feet tall...he was HUGE. Unfortunately we were moving along at about 200 mph and it was far too narrow to turn around, so I got a short look and he passed beneath us. I swear we made eye contact...and he was angry. Why, I have no idea. I couldn't tell if he had red hair, it was dark and greasy looking. Otherwise it's a remarkable match. None of the natives I told this story to were remotely surprised. They all knew about the giants- I heard several names for them, in native languages. The girl survived, moved to Fairbanks, married, and had kids.

It definitely sent chills down my spine. I was in RC South, Kandahar Province when I experienced a few occurrences like seeing weird stuff through CRoWS thermals, like what I thought was a small cat that turned out to be some kind of cryptid known as a Kandahar cougar. Everyone who was on my side of the towers saw it including the NCOIC of the gurards. Mysterious figures, usually 2-3 people, wondering in the distance then disappearing when they were in the middle of a large open field with no cover. Footsteps under the stairs of my guard tower, that i go to see who was there and there was nothing. Coughing, laughing, whimpering in the distance in front of me. Footsteps along the HESCO barriers on the outside of the walls but nobody was down there. I believe there is a lot of supernatural/paranormal things over there.

It’s pretty cool going back and watching old MrBallen videos. You can really see how his confidence as a KZreadr has grown, but ya don’t really notice it unless you go back. I think was the first MrBallen video I ever watched…and have been a loyal fan since. Anyway, I absolutely believe this story. There were giants in North America too. The Lovelock Cave giants is a very well known and VERY credible conflict that happened between Native Americans and giants. The giants were cannibals and a few Native Americans stated a huge fire at the entrance of their cave and killed them. Those giants also had red hair and 6 fingers on each hand and foot. The burn marks are still there on the rocks, archeological and professionals like that have found the giants bones, but as always happens, the Smithsonian came and took the bones and covered it up. There’s an international effort to cover up that giants ever really existed. I don’t understand why they would wanna even do that since stories of giants are in every religion and culture there is. There was also that American KZreadr who recently recorded a giant way up on a mountain a few years ago, uploaded it, tried to drive up the mountain and was stopped and told to turn around, the next day he recorded a helicopter lifting someone off the mountain, uploaded it, got stalked, threatened, then uploaded a weird video where he looks like a hostage and says it was all fake, then uploads another video saying it WAS all real and his life was threatened to make that last video and he’s in danger, then he was found dead by mysterious circumstances soon after that. For whatever reason ‘they’ don’t want the truth about giants getting out.

I'm from the Sierra Nevada mountains on the border of California and Nevada, right outside of Reno. There's a special operations training site nearby in the mountains because the terrain and elevation most closely resemble that of the ranges in Afghanistan. There were a tribe of ancient red haired giants about 8 or 9 foot tall known as the Si-Te-Cah or Sai'i that lived in cave dwellings in Lovelock, Nv. The paiute Indian tribe tells stories of these cannibal tribes and 2 bodies were even found in 1911 and put on display for the public for a short time but, as with many things, the Smithsonian institute has since "misplaced" the bodies. The similarities in the stories and the regions in which they take place are uncanny. I'm lead to believe the story told here today.

The Lovelock giants are at the Humboldt museum and can be viewed with special permission. As for the size of the remains found in Lovelock cave, the male was 8 foot, the female was 6 foot 6 inches and the remains found in Lovelock dry lake in 1931 were between 8 and 10 foot tall, the remains found at the Friedman ranch in 1936 were 7 foot 7 inches.
