BOIS FACTORY è un impianto per la produzione di legna da ardere altamente tecnologico. Composto da 2 macchine TLC con diametro del disco di taglio di 1500 mm in grado di tagliare tronchi fino a 52 cm di diametro. Ogni macchina ha uno spaccalegna da 70 tonnellate e 6 finestre (griglie di spacco) le quali fanno in modo che nessun pezzo spaccato abbia una superficie superiore ai 9.5 cm. Ogni TLC è dotata di un robot che regola lo spostamento e il posizionamento del ceppo da spaccare. Ogni tronco viene intestato e lo sfrido evacuato automaticamente verso il cippatore. Ogni macchina è equipaggiata con una comoda cabina dove all’interno si trova il pulpito di comando attraverso cui l’operatore gestisce tutto il processo. Il caricatronchi a due stadi è in grado di trasportare tronchi da 2 a 5 metri di lunghezza e di contenere l’equivalente di 2 semi rimorchi. Il materiale, uscito dalla griglia, cade su un nastro trasversale per confluire poi in un ulteriore nastro longitudinale che raccoglie la legna prodotta dalle tre macchine e la porta ad un vaglio rotante attraverso il quale viene depurata da scaglie, corteccia e segatura. Poi, sempre in automatico, vengono riempiti dei cassoni a rete con il materiale pulito e portati alle celle di asciugatura. Raggiunto il giusto grado di umidità questi cassoni vengono versati in un canale vibrante che alimenta un secondo vaglio per togliere le impurità che ancora si staccano dalla legna venendo essicata, per passare poi al confezionamento. L’impianto produce nei 3 turni di 7 ore oltre 90000 tonnellate di materiale finito all’anno.
BOIS FACTORY is a highly technological system for the production of ἀrewood. It consists of 3 TLC machines with cutting disc diameter of 1500 mm that is able to cut logs up to 52 cm in diameter. Each machine has a 70-ton log splitter and 6 windows (splitter grids) which ensure that no split piece has a surface area greater than 9.5 cm. Each TLC is equipped with a robot that adjusts the movement and the position of the log to be split. Each log is butted and the scrap is automatically evacuated to the chipper. Each machine is equipped with a comfortable cabin, inside which there is the control console used by the operator to run the entire process. The two stage log loader is capable of transporting logs of 2 to 5 metres in length and is able to hold the equivalent of 2 semi-trailers. The material that is released from the grid falls onto a moving conveyor belt that merges with another longitudinal belt which collects the wood produced by the three machines and leads to a rotary screen. This removes shavings, bark and sawdust. Then, once again automatically, the mesh containers are ἀlled with the clean material and carried to the drying cells. Once the right degree of moisture has been reached, these containers are emptied out into a vibrating chute that feeds a second screen to further remove impurities from the wood as it is being dried, before moving on to packaging. In 3 shifts of 7 hours, each system produces over 90,000 tons of ἀnished material per year.
