Hi everyone my name is Dawn I'm 55 year old, and I'm from Scotland.I have worked with people with learning disabilities for about 26 years. I also have epilepsy. My question is for Cheyeanne 1)How long did it take you to feel back to yourself after being in the hospital, such as walking,talking and your thinking. 2)Do you know what caused these seizures and is this how they will look like now. 3)Is your medication controlling your seizures now or are you still having breakthrough seizures now and then. Thanks for all the videos I su subscribed before you all went off the air and couldn't write in the comment ,so I am glad that I can write to you all. One of my favorite videos are the one of camping and Lucy's is being an entrepreneur selling shells an got caught by the camp warden I admire him for trying. Oh one more question How is Makyala getting on with the deluxe bidet

What are those tablecloths called
@JustADifferentLife

The table cloth is a regular fabric table cloth with a clear vinyl protection cloth over top and then we printed a template for how to set the table.
I would love to start teaching my daughter how how to set a table and how to cook at home She has down syndrome so it's a little harder Do you have any advice

My number one suggestion would be meet your child at the level they are currently at and work up from there. Example Lauralie getting to this point, setting table, took a very long time, first she needed to work on carrying things to and from the table as she didn’t have the coordination to do this. From that point we had her working along side us doing tasks of setting table and following a visual schedule (with a first and then type activity). As she mastered that level we added a bit more and eventually she was put in charge of setting the spoons out on the table for breakfast...just the spoons but that was a huge accomplishment for her. We continued increasing her skills and accomplishments until she was able to master setting a basic table for dinner. I hope this helps.
I would like to Cheyenne set the table

Cheyenne isn't really special needs, though. I just don't think she needs as much help with simple tasks other than her counterparts. Thats my oppinion.
How do you eliminate the papers
@JustADifferentLife
2 жыл бұрын
We will eliminate them gradually over time as she becomes proficient. First she will be able to do the whole job without any adult support (just the charts). As she needs the charts less she will use them to make sure she has completed the whole job. Then finally she won’t need them.
