They are so natural. Some idols feels like fake to seem cool and became popular. But these girls are pure and funny. In their vlog and talk clip they show their true emotions, they are not "act" them. I believe this is what makes them more precious in my eyes and a reason to love them. Also like the other comment, I must give my sincere thanks to their company, to not force them to acting and let them be theirselfs. This way they can be more productive and unique.

So we all agree this MV is incredible but I just wanted to point out all the text-painting it uses. Text-painting is a technique in media where you represent words or lyrics in visual form as they're being read/sung. It's a really cool technique and it's everywhere in this MV, though usually in a really memey, Dreamcatcher-y way. Strap in: 0:12 "red sand stretches endlessly" and Siyeon stretches that red thing 0:15 "dead end" cuts it in half 0:17 "every moment growing further away" teleports backwards on each jump cut 0:24 Yooh sings about being thirsty while Siyeon steals her water 0:30 Dami looks for the "oasis" (a water fountain) 0:33 "nobody has a fixed path" and sua spins in circles 0:37 This one's subtle: Sua sings about "obstacles in front of me" and then Gahyeon stands in front of her! 0:44 bora "holds onto the truth" (yall KNOW minji is the truth) and siyeon "fights" 0:47 another subtle one, siyeon "have to go forward" so she faces the camera! 1:02 "change everything" including her outfit apparently 1:12 the sky "cannot be covered" and yet minji covers her eye with the jacket 1:19 "wind on the front" of yubin provided by the fan 1:22 she "start a fire" with sticks but being the responsible member makes sure theres a fire extinguisher ready lol 1:24 "draw as i will" with the lipstick 1:28 gah dreaming her dream while lying down 1:30 idk what she gains by toppling sua honestly but it happens 1:38 "why do you close your eyes like that" and immediately closes her own eyes lmao 1:42 someone does try to drag her, and succeeds 1:44 no text-painting here, I just wanted to point out that yubins face appearing in the sky is the peak of comedy 1:53 yooh outstrips the current by passing through siyeon and minji 1:57 I guess the different breads are different phases of the moon but only bora's is remotely accurate lmao 2:07 siyeon "changes everything quickly" by spinning in circles 2:25 the "fierce wind" of a paper being waved in gahyeons face lol 2:31 minji demonstrates "the strength to stay sure" via some extremely unsubtle editing lmao So anyway yeah, the funny silly goofy Sahara mv is actually quite clever in its own dorky way, just like the members in general. Look closer and you'll probably spot things I didn't even notice.

My teacher in high school told us: “If you want a very good book to read, then don’t go to the ‘best sellers’ section in a library. Best sellers are made to be popular not good. People are dumb and usually like to buy trash based on number of sales. People are easily mass influenced. Don’t be like people.” I think same thing can be said about music. Although I have to add that for me popular artists/groups are not “trash”, but just overrated because they are made to be popular not good.(catchy songs, basic popular concepts, simple lyrics with direct meanings etc) Also in K-pop industry, the more popular you become, the less time you have to actually practice the music.(I say that because I’m a big le sserafim fan and since they became so popular, they became marketing products and don’t have that much time left to practice their music and I can’t defend them for their latest performances - and same goes for other popular groups that introduced me to K-pop and I still respect them). So for me it’s good enough to listen to underrated artists like Dreamcatcher because I know they sing and do music for their “small” fandom and not for the money and popularity. Also I don’t think they’re the best ever to make music, I just think they’re good enough for me to like them more than the others.(based on a combination of talent, skills, concept, lyrics with multiple layers of meaning about problems in real world and society, plus they’re fun to watch for side content).

Happyface ent. might not be one of the biggest company in korea but they do have one of the best group artists as well as the staff and editors. And their concept in every MV shows how creative their minds are. They can make a plot/story that can be seen in a series of songs. It's very rare to see songs that are connected to each other. I think they can survive this industry with or without a win since they manage to promote DC in every part of the globe. They also have their own variety show. I think this wouldn't be possible if they have no trust in each other so thank you for always trusting and believing in DC. Thank you for always giving the best to them. Fighting!! ✨

Without searching the word 'Sahara' at Google, because the beginning of this song is Arabic's instrumental feel, I feel, I'm in the desert when I'm listening to this song, then lyrics have word : "Red Sand, Barren Land, Thirst, Oasis, The Moon, Sky which cannot be covered", Dami's rap with word "wind, start a fire", thus my instinct tell me, Sahara is desert. Then, after I search at Google, Sahara means desert in Arabic. DC Company main composers, Ollounder and Leez, are genius.
