2.5 cups of jasmine rice
1 cup of turkey tails stock
~ proteins
150g pork belly
170g boneless chicken
80g jumbo shrimps
Vegetables
~ 2 medium size diced carrots
1 medium size each diced red and green bell peppers
1/2 size each of orange and yellow bell peppers
A Handful of chopped spring onions
1 medium size chopped red onion
1/2 cup green pea
3 eggs
~ seasoning
1 tbs garlic granules
1 tbs All purpose seasoning
1 tsp curry powder
3 tbp dark soy sauce
2 tbs Fish sauce
1.5 tbs oyster sauce
2-3 tbs of cooking olive oil
