Its a CD we use them as a cheap flasher for bluewater. Very reflective and the way it spins underwater attracts the fish

Haa yeah no offense taken bro. I have heard that about FL. The bull sharks on this trip were few and very relaxed.The majority of the sharks were Duskys and hammer heads, the duskys were pesky but the hammers kept there distance and were just cool to see. haha fair enough. I have not shot any wahoos yet. Basically everything but Wahoos, hopefully going on a trip to Kenya for Tuna... Anyway I made that comment because I spent two years in FL, Palm Beach and the sharks there were a big pain. Too many bull sharks, everywhere!

Good work boys! I had a bull shark get real interested in me last month after an Amberjack I speared pulled the spear. It aint no joke when a shark comes on you at depth.

its a buoy, kinda like a miniature version of Jaws, you let the fish take it down because they are to strong to hold onto and it will eventually come back to the suface when the fish tires out!

Fish are cold blooded, which means they don't really feel pain. Sure, they can feel that something is wrong when they've got a spear through them, but it doesen't "hurt" :)

Haa, I Dont know if you've ever shot a Wahoo before but they are wicked fast and strong. An 80 lb fish that swims 60+ mph is wicked tough to just swim down and grab....especially when my bungee stretches to 150'. Not Nasty Sharks, but "real" enough to bite those big hoos in half. Luckily I only lost one fish and shaft setup to the sharks.
