Awesome dive sesh my bradda! So I neva tried book choy but now I going with my next uhu, so if I make em mayo style I I put mayo, onions, Portuguese sausage, shrimp, oyster sauce and da other way put a bedding but just regular cabbage den in a bowl oyster sauce little bit sesame oil, lopchong, shrimp,celery, zucchini, mushrooms and little bit pepper , Boom!!!

I’ve only used the evolve once so I don’t have much experience with it. But the Skee definitely works well, super light but still packs a punch.
