Speakeasy Secret Door Bar Table!
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Shorty, an old client, needed his Grandfather's secret bar table to get fixed after an "unfortunate accident." Luckily I know a few tricks when it comes to restoring these types of things. Thank you for watching! #Businessinfrontpartyintheback

An oldie but a goodie.
Wood. Steel. Leather... bourbon. Classic combination, and that came out stunning. I love the story too. Mind out for that ketchup. Love it. 👍⚒️

Great job Brett. It was nice to see the process, and the final product. You did a great job with it, you should be proud of yourself. It actually looked much warmer in the shop than it was. LOL

I love seeing old and/or unique furniture restored and get the love it needs/deserves. Beautiful work! Personal preference, I wouldn't have gone black though. But, it isn't my piece, so I don't get much say in that. :-)

Thank you. And truth be told, the color doesn't come through in the video. I scuffed the stain with 300 grit sandpaper and theres a lot of deep red/brown in the final piece.
Another awesome project. Nice touch with the leather, made it look more authentic to me.

Hi brett! Love your story telling 👍🏻If you want put less effort in the sanding part, you may use paint stripper and steel wool before. The foam sanding block tip is great! I'll use it for sure in the future, Thank you for sharing it.

I'm not a huge fan of strippers (zing!) and this was the way i learned years ago. Smell + wait time after = I'd rather elbow grease it. Though, you are 100% right. Personal preferences for the win!!! Thank you again for the constant support. Much love.

Dude that piece is sick, where’d it come from?! The new shelf came out so slick, nice touch with the leather 👌🏻 another kickass build and video bro, congrats! And that sanding block trick just killed me - brilliant! I feel like I need to do more thrifting after watching this, they don’t make old school stuff like this anymore. So good dude!

Truth be told, the mobster is an antique dealer that had it in the pile. Broken and busted, needed a restoration. They don't make pieces like these any more. Only problems were the laminate door. otherwise, all hardwood, great shape.
Brilliant love it 👍
