    Je ne peux pas le dire en français mais... Merci. I am a low B1 and am enrolled in your wonderful program. The biggest thing I get from these dialogues is how to say things colloquially, like 'it's nice to dream' or 'I'd be afraid'... Because I put many phrases together in a stilted way. Encore - Merci!

    It is a bit challenging on the account that french irl has a lot more contractions and slangs then normal and in some instances drop words entirely. You also have to account certain past participles have to agree with specific genders depending on who it is your talking to or if there is more than one person.

    Pourquoi après “je pense que” ce n’est pas subjonctif?

  • @Gary-pe4ce

    @Gary-pe4ce

    8 ай бұрын

    Parce qu'il y a seulement un sujet: Je. Le subjonctif a besoin de 2 ou plus personnes ou si la phrase commence avec un verbe impersonnel comme falloir ou valloir mieux Exemple Je pense que tu sois gentil Dans cette exemple il y a 2 personnes: je et tu. Mais soyez prudent avec les verbes impersonnel qui prend seulement le sujet il Il faut qu'il prenne le bus maintenant, sinon, Il ne va pas arriver à l'heure. Le premier 《il》 est un suject qui n'est pas une personne. La deuxième est ça. Il faut que = it must (can be translated to he must but impersonal verbs just uses only il by default) Il prenne = he takes
