Hey could you please tell me how to be confident in front of the audience actually today it was my speech I was holding the paper in my hand and my hands were shaking very much I tried to control myself but I was unable to do it how can I reduce my fear and anxiety 😢😢

While delivering any speech you should never look to the audience, inspite of doing that look above them in the upper portion of the wall..As seeing others can distract you bcz of your concentration being moved from one part to another.

Yes you are right I saw it in a video 13 Into 7 how much is 91 and I still remember that 13 into 7 is 91 and if someone asks from somewhere I don't remember for example like how much is 13 into 9. So I won't be able to tell and I will tell 13 bricks as 7. 😅
