I'm an OG who discovered Bob Marley when my kiwi mate introduced me to reggae while I was in Samoa back in 1978. Fast forward to the mid 80's when I lived in Hawaii, Kapena fused hawaiian and reggae for my 1st experience with Jawaiian sounds. I have loved how our Polynesians have embraced and blended sounds from other cultures to create that sense of One Love ariund the world. God bless!
