How to manage spasticity? that was the most important subject that you needed to address but did not.

it was well defined here. but what methods of dealing with spasicity exist?

Movement, stretching, find out what your triggers are. Don't allow your muscles to contracture.

@@JennyBrie2006 sounds like good advice... i'm always stiffer in the morning and ore limber in the evening

@@ernietollar407 same here, mornings are the worst. I find I'm prone to get peritoneal tendonitis and plantar fascitis if I let it go too long without stretching. Stretching has also helped me with RLS.
