New discipline: synchronized chess

What novel was this short film based on? The plot and characters are amazing even if you don't know Dutch. Was the scene where they're playing chess and drinking beer inspired by Ingmar Bergman's "The 7th Seal"? The bearded guy represents death? And the guy with the glasses is on some sort of a quest?

Toen Donner voor de vierkamp werd uitgenodigd (en accepteerde) schoot de angst hem wel even te binnen. Schaken met Spassky, Botwinnik en Larsen, dubbelrondig, geen sinecure ! Hij heeft toen Bouwmeester benaderd om vooral in de opening weer 100% op de hoogte te geraken. En zie met goed resultaat.

+StopFear I am pretty sure this Electronic version of Blackbird is made by a man called Fuzzy. He is a Danish composer/musician/musicteacher. I noticed the music used in a Danish tv-program around 1972-1976..... I have not heard it since then until now. I doubt it has been for sale. I Wonder how it has ended up in this video. I noticed the name Fuzzy because one of my friends was one of his students. You can make a mp3-soundtrack based on the video.

The guy with the beard is the Dutch grandmaster Hein Donner. He is talking to Godfried Bomans, a Dutch author.

In Pal Benko's biography (the one Silman published) there's an interview with an American player who said Larsen usually slept very late.
