THE VISUALS WORK SO WELL WITH THE SONG AND THE WHOLE THEME JUST FITS SPARKLE SO WELL OH MY GOSH... the way the notes jump around playfully but it also sounds so chaotic and crazy... also the "feeling crappy" was really fitting for Sparkle :)))

Idk if anyone mentioned but in the line "Stop comprehending the inner-mind the Id my dear" that's SUPER cool cus ure literally using the term of Id from Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory that's used to describe the animalistic and primitive side of our minds to show that Sparkle is beyond reason.

I really like how you incorporated into the song not only things like Hanabi's trailer name and theme, you also managed to throw in her Ultimate voice line in there somewhere. If there's one thing i like in songs of games and things like that, are references to other things relevant to the series. Great song, Hala.

The scream near the end (2:33) gave me goosebumps. Hala's vocals are really on another level, Love it!💯

Also, I know “Through the looking glass” may be an indirect reference to Alice in Wonderland, but I couldn’t help but think so. Especially because in the first book, a subplot point where Alice forgets who she is from how much she changes, asks the blue caterpillar and is mentioned through the story-I love it. I haven’t read the second book though so my bad haha

I’m not a Honkai fan but I’m absolutely a Hala one and when I saw Monodrama my main thought, aside from loving the character, was thinking you’d do something great with her and I was RIGHT because this SLAPS. Awesome job, your songs are very good at capturing the spirit of the character! The panels with text from her character description and story were an interesting touch, it reminds me of a similar technique used in the Monogatari anime.

Holy shit this is amazing, from the lyrics to all the little winks here and there (the fireworks line, monodrama, etc), as someone who is crazy about this character and how fucked up she is you truly managed to show her as a whole and I loved every bit of it! Increibly her, I hope we get more of her too or dive deeper into that mind of hers. Thank you so much for this!

One thing I really appreciate is the line "Stop comprehending the inner mind the id my dear" because due to my course I'm inclined to think it's refering to id from Freud's theory of Superego, ego and id which fits very well into the whole song and makes me glad I read that nightmare of a theory because I understand this one line xD

Instantly a new favorite. Already played this over 20 times. The switches between that playful beat, beautiful melodies, and just some badass screaming. The way it just gets more intense toward the end. The choice in vocabulary. The entire theme. When I noticed in the credits you pretty much created the entire audio file alone.
