Is the spar inspection part of the annual? Looks like the wing panels need to come off before the inner wing fairing comes off to expose the spar. Can’t imagine this is part of an annual.

Actually it is. You need a flexible bore scope but it can be seen.
Can you PM me the cost of this procedure on a 72 Traveler please.

Figure 2-3 days to remove and reinstall.
